Şişecam Climax 80

Şişecam ClimaX 80, also known as Şişecam ClimaX Neutral 80/64, is a Low-E coated glass product with high light transmission.

Its thermal insulation helps reduce heating loads while allowing interiors to benefit effectively from natural daylight.

Applications

Şişecam ClimaX 80 offers a suitable glazing solution for residential projects and small to medium-sized commercial buildings.

Manufacturing Method

Şişecam ClimaX 80 is an offline coated glass produced by applying an electron-sputtering process to float glass in a vacuum.

During production, a very thin metal or metal oxide layer is applied to the float glass. This special coating helps provide thermal control while preserving high light transmission and a neutral appearance.

Size and Thickness Options

Şişecam ClimaX 80 is produced in the following standard thicknesses:

• 4 mm
• 6 mm

Standard sheet sizes are:

• 3210 × 2250 mm
• 3210 × 2500 mm
• 3210 × 6000 mm

The size tolerance for all nominal dimensions is ±5 mm. Contact us for sizes or thicknesses outside the standard options.

Quality Standard

Şişecam ClimaX 80 thermal control glass is produced in accordance with the requirements of TS EN 1096, Glass in Building – Coated Glass.
