Şişecam ClimaX One is a Low-E coated glass product from Şişecam with high thermal insulation. With a U-value of 1.0 W/m²K, it helps reduce heat loss and heating loads in buildings.

Applications

Şişecam ClimaX One offers a suitable glazing solution for residential projects and small to medium-sized commercial buildings.

Manufacturing Method

Şişecam ClimaX One is an offline coated glass produced by applying an electron-sputtering process to float glass in a vacuum.

During production, a very thin metal or metal oxide layer is applied to the float glass. This special coating helps provide advanced thermal control while preserving transparency and natural light transmission.

Size and Thickness Options

Şişecam ClimaX One is produced in the following standard thicknesses:

• 4 mm
• 6 mm

Standard sheet sizes are:

• 3210 × 2250 mm
• 3210 × 2500 mm
• 3210 × 6000 mm

The size tolerance for all nominal dimensions is ±5 mm. Contact us for sizes or thicknesses outside the standard options.

Quality Standard

Şişecam ClimaX One thermal control glass is produced in accordance with the requirements of TS EN 1096, Glass in Building – Coated Glass.
